Our single goal is to achieve a component, part, or system that not only satisfies our customers needs but does it at a competitive cost from start to finish.
At Flexible Products Co. we utilize a comprehensive process to test and evaluate our product's performance on both the component and vehicle levels. We validate each part's performance individually in our laboratory then within the vehicle system itself, through in-the-field testing. Stringent? Yes. However, our measure of true performance goes much deeper.
In-House Mold Shop
Mold design is a key factor in efficient manufacturing of rubber parts at a competitive price. This is too important to trust to an outside vendor. Our mold makers combine the latest in high-tech tooling and state-of-the-art software with Flexible Products Co.'s proprietary mold designs to craft, in-house, the finest molds in the industry. The result: quality parts, expedited delivery and more control over costs and scheduling.
Flexible Products Co. has long been known for its fast response to customers demands. Our prototype department has 2 Dieffenbacher presses. These are the same presses used in our state of the art manufacturing process.
Rapid Prototype Machine
Now we have a StrataSys "Rapid Prototype Machine" which we can now produce full size models overnight.
